These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to printistrystudios.com and to every order placed with Printistry Studios LLC ("printistry studios," "we," "us"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are
Printistry Studios LLC is a Georgia limited liability company that makes 3D printed products to order. You can reach us at info@printistrystudios.com.
2. Using our site
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. You agree to give accurate information, keep your account login private, and not misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it, or access it without permission.
3. Orders and pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel any order, for example because of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or a design we are unable to print, and we will refund any payment for a cancelled order in full.
4. Made to order products
Most items are printed after you order. Small differences in color, layer lines, surface texture and finish are a normal part of 3D printing and are not defects. Product photos, renders and catalog images are for reference, and your piece may vary slightly.
Some larger pieces, including designs with wings or large attachments, ship unassembled to prevent damage in transit and may require simple assembly.
5. Designer catalogs
Our site links to catalogs hosted by independent designers so you can browse designs we print. Those sites are run by third parties, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or policies. All purchases of printed items are made on our store, not on the designer's site.
6. Prototyping and customer files
When you send us a file to print, including for a prototype or proof:
- You confirm that you own the file or have every right needed for us to print it, and that printing it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
- You keep ownership of your file and design. You give us permission to use the file only to quote, print and deliver your order.
- We will not sell, share or reuse your file for any other purpose without your written permission.
- We may refuse any file at our discretion, including files we believe infringe someone's rights, could be used as a weapon or to cause harm, or cannot be printed successfully.
- A proof shows how your design prints. We do not guarantee that a design is fit for a particular use, strength requirement or safety standard. Testing and approving the design for its final use is your responsibility.
7. Intellectual property
The printistry studios name, logo, site design and content are owned by Printistry Studios LLC and may not be copied or used without our permission. Designs from our partner designers belong to those designers.
8. Product use and safety
Our products are decorative collectibles and display pieces unless stated otherwise. They are not toys intended for young children, and some contain small parts that may be a choking hazard. Keep pieces away from heat sources and long periods of direct sunlight, which can cause warping.
9. Disclaimer
Except as stated in these Terms and our Return and Refund Policy, our site and products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on our site, with its date above, is the one that applies to your order.
